For a website you know the price up front. The scope of an identity differs from brand to brand, so we agree on it in the first conversation.

The full identity: brand direction, visual style, messaging and the website. It makes sense when you are building from nothing — or when what you have no longer matches where you have moved.

An optional monthly subscription once the site is handed over. We take care of hosting, backups, certificates and small edits — you take care of the brand.

- DNS management and automatic SSL certificate renewal
- 24/7 uptime monitoring
- Regular backups and restore from backup
- Small text and image edits, up to 30 minutes a month
- Email support (response within 8 hours for an outage)
Cancellation and notice: the contract runs indefinitely and you can terminate it at any time without giving a reason, with one month’s notice (clause 13.4 of the Terms). On annual billing we refund the pro-rata share for unused months within 30 days of the contract ending (clause 13.5 of the Terms).
